The 2023 event was held at The Plough and Harrow in Birmingham on weekend of Friday 29th September - Sunday 1st October. Association Secretary secured accommodation and arranged a Saturday Evening Gala Dinner in the hotel. Dress code for the evening meal was jacket and tie.
Built in 1704 the hotel is steeped in history. Red Brick Victorian architecture of the original building, together with the large lawn and patio garden and plentiful car parking, sets the Plough & Harrow Hotel apart from other Birmingham hotels.

Meet-and-Greet | Friday Evening Attendees start arriving Friday afternoon for an informal meet-and-greet.
The AGM | Saturday Morning The AGM was held at 11:00hrs
Events | Saturday Afternoon Attendees were free to visit the local area as a group or individually.
Saturday Evening Formal dinner at The Plough and Harrow. Dress code, jacket and tie. .
Farewell | Sunday Morning After breakfast attendees set off home. There is no formal gathering on Sunday but many of us have shared journeys, so gather before heading home.
how much did it cost?
A 50% deposit was required. Rooms had been secured and those interested were advised to let us know if they intended to come and what type of accommodation they preferred. Below rates included breakfast.

7 x Twin Rooms @ £125 per person
4 x Single Rooms @ £115per person
The evening meal on Saturday cost approximately £45 per head.
